For Vendor Mulholland Drive Entertainment (800095) determine how to only have their retainer fee show up on their 1099 MISC for 2013.

This problem looks very simple but complicated in many ways.
When I have seen this problem I thought I can change the withholding tax in the MIRO, I found that the withholding tax is missing in MIRO tab, Intead it had split amount tab, In that with holding tax code and the amount is showing Zero.

Eventhough the MIRO Invoice is showing no tax the FI document is showing the tax as 07. you can see the below document

Solution that I provided in case 1 worked.
